By accessing or using WorkTree's mobile applications and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use WorkTree only for lawful workforce management purposes. You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or upload harmful content.
Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually per active worker. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Intellectual Property
WorkTree and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload.
Limitation of Liability
WorkTree is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including payroll calculation errors due to incorrect input data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or by contacting support.
